Sun Jul 12	Champs Spaghetti Dinner Granite Rec Building Start: 5:30 PM End: 8:00 PM 🍝 The Championship Spaghetti Dinner Is Back! 🍝 One of our favorite Granite Marlins traditions is returning! To celebrate our swimmers who have made it to Championships, we’re hosting our annual Championship Spaghetti Dinner—a night of carbs, camaraderie, and Marlins pride. All Champs swimmers will enjoy a hearty spaghetti dinner to fuel up, get energized, and get mentally ready for a big day of racing ahead. It’s the perfect chance to relax, connect with teammates, and kick off Championship week the Marlins way! Fast swims start with full plates—let’s eat, cheer each other on, and get ready to race! 🏊♂️💙
Fri Jul 10	Swim Team Banquet Granite Rec Building Start: 6:00 PM End: 11:00 PM Hey Marlins! It’s hard to believe such an amazing season is coming to an end—but now it’s time to celebrate everything you’ve accomplished! We’ve seen incredible growth, awesome achievements, and so much team spirit this year. We couldn’t be more proud of every single swimmer! Join us for our End-of-Season Banquet starting at 6:00 PM! We’ll kick things off with a delicious dinner featuring a crowd favorite—Lee’s Famous Fried Chicken 🍗. We’ll provide the chicken and sides (mac and cheese and potato wedges!!) and we ask families to bring a dish to share (think kid-friendly options -fruits, veggies, etc.). And don’t worry—dessert is on us with cupcakes for all our swimmers! After dinner, we’ll celebrate our swimmers with team awards, and then… get ready for some fun—because we’re finishing the night with a POOL PARTY! Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only immediate family members attend. Please be sure to RSVP so we can plan accordingly for food. Let’s send off the season in style—we can’t wait to celebrate with you all! GO MARLINS!

During and after morning practice, we’ll be hosting our annual Pancake Breakfast for all swimmers and their families. Come hungry and enjoy delicious pancakes, bacon and sausage, plus plenty of tasty toppings. It’s the perfect way to wrap up a great season with friends, teammates, and family—don’t miss it! 🎉

Get ready for a day full of slides, waves, and team fun — the Granite Marlins are heading to Water Country USA! Please review the important details below: 🚫 Practice Update Practice will be canceled for the day so families have time to travel and arrive when the park opens at 10:30 AM. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Supervision & Transportation This is not a supervised team event. The Granite Marlins will not be providing chaperones, supervision, or transportation at any time. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their swimmers before, during, and after the outing, so please plan accordingly. 🎟️ Tickets & RSVP (Action Required) We will be purchasing discounted group tickets for $40 each. To receive this rate, tickets must be purchased together as a group. What you need to do: Please RSVP in SwimTopia or contact us directly if your swimmer plans to attend This ensures we purchase the correct number of tickets Important Timing: Tickets will be purchased next Wednesday After purchase, families can pay the team via Venmo Additional Notes If your swimmer has a season pass, no ticket purchase is needed Please still RSVP so we know you’ll be joining the group 🌞 Grab your swimsuit, sunscreen, towel, and plenty of team spirit — we’re looking forward to an amazing day together! 💦
